How do I track my order?
As soon as your batch is roasted, packaged, and handed to the carrier, an email containing your tracking code and estimated arrival date will be dispatched automatically.
What is your return policy?
Because whole bean and ground coffee are perishable food items, they cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or compromised, contact our team within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, Canadian and international postal boxes are fully supported via standard postal freight channels with full sign-on delivery options.
Can I schedule delivery as a gift?
