Order Cut-Off & Roasting Cycles
- Roast Days: We roast Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM to maximize consistency.
- Cut-off Time: Orders finalized before 12:00 PM EST enter the same-day roast schedule; subsequent orders join the next morning batch.
- Weekend Orders: Any order confirmed over Saturday or Sunday will be roasted on Monday morning and collected by couriers Monday afternoon.
International & Remote Delivery
- Cross-Border Service: We ship throughout North America and international destinations via DHL Express international networks.
- Customs & Duties: International shipments are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local import taxes, customs clearance fees, and VAT are determined by regional destination authorities.
- Transit Durations: US delivery averages 3 to 6 business days; international destinations average 5 to 10 business days.
