By accessing or using the Cargos Coffee digital storefront, purchasing roasted coffee beans, brewing equipment, or accessing related customer services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Cargos Coffee. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

These terms apply uniformly to all website visitors, registered shoppers, vendors, affiliates, and contributors of coffee reviews or ratings.

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent in your jurisdiction to place orders or register an account. By using our website, you represent and warrant that all registration and checkout details provided by you are accurate, current, and complete.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and credentials security.
• You accept responsibility for all activities and transactions occurring under your designated session or account.
• Cargos Coffee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading, fraudulent, or outdated billing and shipping information.

All descriptions of specialty coffee origins, tasting notes, roast levels, grind profiles, and brew gear are provided with reasonable accuracy. However, because coffee is an organic agricultural harvest, natural flavor variations between seasons, roasting batches, and brewing techniques may occur.

We make reasonable efforts to display product packaging and colors accurately; however, display resolutions and packaging revisions may slightly alter real-world product appearance.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase specified products. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit order quantities at our sole discretion, including cases involving billing anomalies, pricing errors, or suspicion of unauthorized resale.

Payment must be authorized in full before orders enter roasting and dispatch queues. Once dispatched, transit times and handling are subject to carrier timelines as detailed in our Delivery and Payment guidelines.

All content contained on Cargos Coffee—including brand marks, logos, roast graphic icons, photographs, descriptive tasting text, user interface architecture, and codebases—is the proprietary property of Cargos Coffee or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, mirror, scrape, or commercially exploit any material from this site without explicit prior written authorization from Cargos Coffee.

When accessing Cargos Coffee, you agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt, harm, or compromise platform integrity:

• Attempting unauthorized access to servers, databases, or client systems.
• Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots without explicit API authorization.
• Submitting false chargebacks, fraudulent payment tokens, or abusive customer service inquiries.

In no event shall Cargos Coffee, its roasters, directors, employees, or logistics partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that disallow liability exclusions, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the order in question.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Use at any time. When revisions are posted, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated.
