Smallholder farmers handpick only red ripe cherries at elevations surpassing 1,900 meters. The cool mountain microclimate extends cherry maturation, allowing natural sugars and organic acids to concentrate inside the beans.
Following meticulous wet processing and fermentation, the seeds are washed with crystal-clear spring water and dried slowly on elevated African beds. The result in the cup is crystal-clear transparency, intoxicating jasmine fragrance, juicy bergamot brightness, and a long honeyed aftertaste that shines across all pour-over and manual filter techniques.
